The Secretary of State & Attorney General have approved all West Virginians to use the absentee ballot as a health precaution for the June 9th Primary Election. Registered voters should expect to receive their application by the end of April. However, if you do not receive an application or if you'd rather not wait, follow the instructions below.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO VOTE BY MAY 19TH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIMARY ELECTION!!!

2. Complete the form, and check the first box – “illness, injury or other medical
reason which keeps me confined” – as your reason for requesting.
3. Return the form ASAP to your County Clerk!
4. Once your official ballot arrives, fill it out and return it to your County Clerk and you're all done!
The official deadline to submit a hand delivered absentee ballot is June 8th, but we recommend you mail yours in as soon as possible and get five of your friends to do the same!
